I run my own international consultancy and training organization (Oprel) which specializes in improving the resilience of organizations. We are one of a new breed of micro-businesses designed to be low-cost, high-quality providers fit to rival the largest consultancies, but without their overheads. We bring real experience coupled to a pragmatic, well-structured approach that ensures that our clients achieve their objectives to quality, to time and to budget.
Drawing upon expertise in business, IT and operational resilience I have been heavily involved in the writing of both British and International standards. These standards provide assurance to top management and stakeholders that their systems apply accurate and effective ‘good practice’.
